1. Who we are
Little Minko (littleminko.com) is run by Neo Koncepts, a UK-based business, which is the "data controller" for the personal information you give us.

2. What information we collect
- When you order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payments are handled securely by Shopify Payments; we never see your full card number.
- When you contact us: your name, email and message.
- When you join our email list: your email address.
- When you browse: device and browsing information collected through cookies (see section 6).
3. How and why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, send order updates and handle returns (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions (our legitimate interest in good customer service).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To show relevant ads and measure ad performance (your consent, via our cookie banner).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
We only share what's needed, with trusted service providers:
- Shopify: website, checkout and payments
- Delivery couriers such as InPost: your name, address and (if provided) phone number
We never sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including the USA and China (where our products are dispatched from). When data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, and we share only what's needed to fulfil your order.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the website and checkout work, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel). You can change your choices at any time using the cookie banner or your browser settings.
7. How long we keep your information
- Order and customer records: 6 years (tax and accounting)
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
- Customer service emails: up to 2 years
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, ask to transfer it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@littleminko.com and we'll respond within one month.
9. Children
Our products are for children, but our website is for parents and carers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
